Return Material Authorization Terms


To obtain an authorization RMA you should:

  1. To fill in the application form for your RMA request (www.saltek.com/rma.htm )
  2. The RMA form must be filled in all its fields!
  3. Every RMA form is meant for a RMA request of ONE company only!
  4. In order to obtain an authorization number, please send this form by fax to +41 91 922 52 82

  5. All warranty stickers on any modules, included V-Data / A-Data and S3+ must contain “SALTEK”. If there
    are no stickers “SALTEK”, the ram won’t be accepted.
  6. All other stickers must be removed. We don’t accept the ram modules with other stickers,
    with the broken chip or damaged. Please be sure to avoid damage during the transportation.
  7. The min. quantity for the RMA request are 10 pcs.
  8. All the products sold by Saltek have original warranty time.
  9. For quirkier procedure, please try to ask RMA authorization directly to the manufacturer:

  10. The shipment charge is at the sender’s expense.
  11. If only one of these procedures is failed, the ram can’t be accepted.
  12. The delivery of the changed goods will be carried out from 21st day and not later than 60th
    days from the data of receiving of the goods.
